Application Process

The application process has a number of steps to it and these are listed below:

  1. Create an account in ENROLLER if you are the parent/student.

    If you are an Agent, you will need to have a signed agent agreement with us in order to represent our school and send students to our school. If you would like to become an agent please click on the “Agents” tab and click on “Becoming an Agent” in the drop down menu.

  2. Submit your enrolment application along with the required documents that is listed. It is important that all documentation is received.

  3. The International Department will receive the application and review it. If there are any documents or information is missing, you will be notified of this.

  4. For any students coming for one year or more, an enrolment interview is organised. The interview will be with the International Student Director.

  5. If the interview is successful, you will receive an invoice as well as a “Provisional Offer”.

  6. Once the invoice has been paid and payment has been received, you will be issued a receipt as well as a “Confirmed Offer” so that you can apply for your visa.

  7. Your application is now moved to “Pre-arrival”. Once you receive your student visa, please send a copy of this to us so that we can upload it to your application.

  8. You are now enrolled in our school and we look forward to meeting with you!
